Deal Sourcing
We use Harvard's network, industry databases, and good old-fashioned research to find small businesses that might be acquisition targets. Think local service companies, niche manufacturers, software businesses with steady cash flow.
The key is getting to these companies before they hit the market and building relationships early.
Due Diligence
Once we've identified promising targets, we dig deep. Financial analysis, market research, competitive positioning, growth potential, risk assessment - the whole nine yards.
